I am no spring chicken and have made pork chops more times than I care to count. This was the easiest recipe to follow and the pork chops turned out crispy and juicy. Only thing I did that wasn’t in the recipe was turn them over half way through the baking process. Thank you for wonderful recipe ( and dinner)!

I normally don’t post anything but this recipe was fabulous! I never turn the pork chops over. I find that the paprika and olive oil spray help the breading get golden brown, so I'm not sure what happened. At that temp, the pork chops would have been okay to eat, though.

In reply to Jerry.

I never turn the pork chops over. And I went according to the recipe. But the breading did not turn brown it's still a light color. Are they still okay to eat? The internal temperature is actually 180. Little bit too high.

Well I just made these according to the temperature and turn them over halfway through. And I went according to the recipe.
