Hi friends, and Happy Independence Day! Since the Fourth of July falls on a Saturday this year, I know many of us are celebrating with cookouts and family gatherings throughout the long weekend. And a few lucky folks are enjoying extended vacations into the next week. So, I thought I would share a few of our family’s favorite easy summer cookout menu ideas, just in case you need a little inspiration on what to bring to your next cookout.
Wishing all of you a wonderful and safe holiday!
Bacon Cheddar Guacamole Burger — Everyone loves a good burger, right? And not only are these cheeseburgers super tasty, but they’re also very easy to make!
Tropical Fruit Salad — You can throw this easy fruit salad together in a matter of minutes, and with the tangy lime dressing, it’ll keep for a day or two after the cookout is over!
Grandma’s Potato Salad — This old-timey potato salad contains only a few simple ingredients, and it’s perfect for potlucks!
Easy Peach Cake — This peach cake is one of our favorite desserts, and it’s also my most popular post. Plus it disappears fast!
Strawberry Poke Cake — If you love strawberries, this easy poke cake is for you and all of your family and friends! You can also top if off with a few blueberries for a little patriotic flair.
Patriotic Bark — Even when the holiday is over, you can still enjoy a little red, white and blue!
Easy Flip Flop Cookies — These cute little treats are fun to make, and they’re perfect for pool parties!
If you’re looking for fun food to bring to a potluck or serve at a cookout, I hope these easy summer cookout menu ideas helped a little.
Happy Summer!
