This Sheet Pan Honey Teriyaki Chicken dinner with vegetables is quick, easy and ready in 30 minutes. Cooks on one pan for easy clean-up!
If you like Asian flavors, I think you’ll love this easy honey teriyaki chicken dinner with carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. Everything cooks together in just one pan, and when you’re done, just throw out the foil, and wash the pan.
It doesn’t get much easier than this!ย Not only is this baked chicken dinner incredibly easy to make, but it’s also relatively low carb and a nice change from some of the heavier pasta dishes my family loves.
Better yet, this super easy sheet pan chicken dinner is budget friendly and cooks in 30 minutes. So even if you don’t have a lot of time,ย you can still get dinner on the table fast!
How to Make Baked Honey Teriyaki Chicken and Vegetables
For easy clean up, I like to line a baking sheet with foil. You don’t have to do this, but I love not having pots and pans to scrub! I also like to cut the chicken breasts in half if they’re large so that everything cooks evenly.
Then, place the chicken, cauliflower and carrots on the baking sheet along with a little bit of olive or vegetable oil. Season everything, and add the teriyaki sauce.
My family loves teriyaki chicken, but I don’t like when the chicken is drenched in heavy sauce. So for this one pan chicken teriyaki, I just spooned a combination of teriyaki sauce and honey over the chicken, and that was more than enough for this one pan wonder, as the Hubs calls these dinners.
You can use your favorite brand of teriyaki sauce here. I used low-sodium Soy Vay, but any sauce should work.
Since the broccoli cooks fast, I just throw that on the pan about 5 minutes before the chicken is done. We like our broccoli on the crispy side, but you can add it earlier if you like it softer.
I also place some extra teriyaki sauce on the table, just in case someone wants a little extra. But since there’s plenty of sauce in the pan, it’s really not necessary.
Actually, the kids like to dip the chicken and veggies into the pan juices even though I set out a spoon for this. And even though I’m usually big on manners, ย I let it go. I’m just happy they like the dinner and don’t complain!
