- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup cookie butter crunchy or creamy
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- 1 crushed Biscoff cookie optional
Add cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl and beat until smooth
Add cookie butter and vanilla extract and beat well
Add in powdered sugar and mix until creamy and all lumps are gone
Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a spatula
Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and top with the crushed Biscoff cookie if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make sure cream cheese is room temperature and Cool Whip is thawed for easy mixing.
Use either crunchy or creamy cookie butter for this recipe.
Serve with your favorite dippers. Store covered in the refrigerator.
