- 18 oz box brownie mix
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp milk
- 8 oz cool whip thawed
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Put the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl, and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mix reaches a temperature of 165℉. Allow to cool completely
Add softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth
Add milk and beat well
Add in brownie mix and mix until all lumps are gone
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully blended
Fold in the mini chocolate chips
Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and top with sprinkles and extra chocolate chips if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve
Make sure you heat-treat the brownie mix before using for safety.
Cool Whip should be thawed before using.
You can make this dip gluten free by using gluten free brownie mix and other ingredients.
