Cheesy Hot Bean Dip with cream cheese, refried beans, sour cream, salsa and lots of cheese is a delicious appetizer the whole family loves. This delicious dip is perfect for dipping tortilla chips and Fritos and a real crowd pleaser at game day parties.

- 2 cans refried beans we use vegetarian
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mild salsa
- 2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese or cheddar, divided
Preheat oven to 350°, and spray a baking dish with non stick spray
Mix the refried beans, cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and well blended
Stir in the salsa and 1 cup of cheese, and smooth the mixture evenly in the baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
For extra flavor, add diced jalapeños or taco seasoning or diced green chiles or chili powder.
You can make this cheesy bean dip in your slow cooker. Just follow recipe and cook on high for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
