This Christmas Wreath Vegetable Platter is an easy appetizer made with broccoli and other raw vegetables in the shape of a holiday wreath. Your guests will love this festive veggie tray!

- 3 heads broccoli
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
Wash the vegetables, and pat dry
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite size florets
Cut the bell pepper into strips
Place a small bowl in the center of small round platter. Arrange the broccoli around the bowl, and place cauliflower and grape tomatoes evenly on broccoli
Arrange pepper strips on bottom of wreath in the shape of a bow
Fill bowl with dip before serving
Cauliflower adds a little color, but you can omit if desired.
Add sliced cucumbers or green pea pods or other green veggies if desired.
