Easy Valentine's Day Bark
This easy Valentine's Day bark recipe combines chocolate chips, candy melts and candies to make a colorful sweet treat for your Valentine.

- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups pink candy melts
- 2 cups bright white candy melts
- Valentine M&M's and sprinkles
Place semi sweet chocolate chips, white candy melts and pink candy melts in separate microwaveable bowls, and melt according to package directions
Pour melted chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper, and carefully spread with knife or spatula
Pour white and pink melted candy coating on top and around chocolate layer, and swirl together with a toothpick or knife
Top with M&M candies and sprinkles, and allow to set in the fridge or on the counter
Cut into pieces, serve and enjoy
I melt chocolate chips and candy melts in 30 second increments, stirring after each interval until chocolate starts to melt.
You can use a double boiler on the stove if you prefer.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. Bark can be frozen for 3 months.
