Easy Valentine's Day Bark

This easy Valentine's Day bark recipe combines chocolate chips, candy melts and candies to make a colorful sweet treat for your Valentine.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups pink candy melts
  • 2 cups bright white candy melts
  • Valentine M&M's and sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place semi sweet chocolate chips, white candy melts and pink candy melts in separate microwaveable bowls, and melt according to package directions 
  • Pour melted chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper, and carefully spread with knife or spatula
  • Pour white and pink melted candy coating on top and around chocolate layer, and swirl together with a toothpick or knife
  • Top with M&M candies and sprinkles, and allow to set in the fridge or on the counter
  • Cut into pieces, serve and enjoy

Notes

I melt chocolate chips and candy melts in 30 second increments, stirring after each interval until chocolate starts to melt. 
You can use a double boiler on the stove if you prefer.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. Bark can be frozen for 3 months.
