Homemade Buffalo Chicken Poppers

- 1 pound chicken tenders cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 ½ cups Buffalo sauce or hot chili sauce
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper mixture
Dip the pieces into the buttermilk
Then, dip the pieces into the Buffalo sauce
Finally, roll the pieces into the breadcrumbs until well coated
Arrange in rows on a greased baking sheet
Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees and chicken is slightly brown
Serve immediately
