- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil divided
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter optional
Rinse potatoes, pat dry, and cut into quarters, or bite size pieces
Add potatoes to a large bowl, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon avocado oil
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, and toss to coat
Heat griddle to medium, and spread remaining 2 tbsps avocado oil on surface
Add potatoes, and spread evenly on griddle
Cook until fork tender and golden brown, about 10 minutes, turning frequently with a large spatula
Optional, add butter right before removing potatoes for extra flavor
You can use larger potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.
If you cut potatoes into larger pieces, they will take longer to cook.
Change the flavors with your favorite seasoning. Try paprika, dried rosemary, Italian seasoning or ranch seasoning.
