- 2 cups rolled oats quick cooking or old fashioned
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips or mini chips
- ¼ cup dates pitted, finely chopped -- roughly ¼ cup
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl, and mix well until fully blended.
Roll into ½ inch balls, and place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator
Use a food processor to mix if you like.
You can use either medjool dates or deglat noor dates.
