- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- 7.6 oz bag of Reese's Minis divided
Cut mini Reese's cups into quarters. Set aside.
Add cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Add peanut butter and vanilla extract and beat well.
Add in powdered sugar and mix until creamy and all lumps are gone.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
Fold in half of the cut up Reese's minis until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and top with the extra mini peanut butter cups. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make sure cream cheese is room temperature and Cool Whip is thawed for easy mixing.
Serve with your favorite dippers.
