- 1 15- ounce can chickpeas
- ¼ cup Buffalo sauce or any red pepper sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Chili Powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Drain the chickpeas in a colander, and rinse well. Then, pat dry.
In a small bowl, mix the Buffalo sauce with the chickpeas, and let sit for about 30 minutes.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Arrange on a foil-lined tray, and sprinkle with paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until crispy.
